Widget
The March 2025 releases introduce several enhancements to the widget, including a new option to create a speech bubble outside the launcher, which you can customize to invite users to interact with the chatbot. Additionally, you can now group chatbot messages under a single avatar for better flow. A new feature for webchat customers allows you to add up to 5 custom links in the menu, enabling personalized redirections to URLs (e.g., privacy information, contact details). The launcher button can now be customized in shape, with more features coming soon.
Smart Aigent
Smart Aigent now includes analytics and logs for tracking creativity levels and answer formats. Updates to the Smart Aigent Hub (currently under toggle) allow for more refined queries and the display of sources in metadata within analytics. These updates improve AI transparency and control over content.
Data Retention
The data retention feature now specifies that retention periods are set in months. This feature is still under toggle and is awaiting full commercial release.
Message Notification
Email notifications for message alerts have been updated to provide more detailed information, including descriptions of graphs and links to our new support environment. This feature is also under toggle and awaiting commercial release.
Security and Pentest
March’s updates bring several security improvements, including a JWT algorithm change that will require you to log in again. The platform also features an HTTP security header update, cryptography upgrades, and an updated docker-compose for enhanced security.
Support
Support updates include investigations into chatbot issues such as non-responsiveness to specific messages (e.g., Videoland), and checks on the training status of United Consumers to ensure optimal performance.
