Smart Aigent
The February 2025 release introduces new settings for Smart Aigent, including adjustable creativity levels with 4 options. You can set the creativity level to give more or less freedom to the AI in responding to questions. More freedom leads to creative, diverse, and natural responses, while the least freedom ensures accuracy and factual content, with the exact customer context being used. Additionally, a new answer format setting allows you to define the response type: standard text, concise summary, or summary with bullet points. This format is adaptable based on the audience or the channel being used. You can also now view creativity levels and answer formats in analytics and logs. Furthermore, a new entity, {{smart_aigent_sources}}, lets you display the full articles used to generate the response, providing more transparency in AI outputs.
Widget
The February release includes a new option to extract the phone number from WhatsApp conversations, which you can now use in the dialog entity {{system.whatsappnumber}}. Additionally, there’s a new feature for custom links in the menu (available by default for webchat customers). This allows you to add up to 5 custom links for personalized redirection, such as linking to privacy information or contact details. Also, the launcher button can now be customized in shape (this feature is available behind a toggle and will be completed with more customization options soon).
Marketplace
The export/import functionality for dialogs in the marketplace has been fixed, allowing you to create new dialogs. New dialogs for opening hours and public holidays are now available for use in the marketplace.
API
A new API endpoint allows you to extract CSV files from analytics data, specifically for Unive. Documentation for this feature is available on request.
Platform
The platform has been upgraded from Angular 16 to Angular 18. Links to the Help Center have been updated to the new aigent.spotler.help environment. Additionally, the Turn Editor now has a direct redirection link to the rules settings, and full-capitalized text has been removed from analytics for better readability.
Security and Pentest
There’s a JWT algorithm change, which will require you to log in again to access the platform. Security improvements also include HTTP security header updates, cryptography upgrades, and an updated docker-compose. A review of invalid requests and an internal security scan have been conducted, with a plan in place to address potential risks. The Cloud Run Function has been removed, and the staging environment will be frozen/unfrozen before and after pentests.
Data Retention
Data retention is now specified in months for better clarity. This feature will be commercially released soon. For more details, refer to the Data Retention article.
Message Notification
Email notifications have been updated to provide more detailed information, including descriptions of graphs and new links to the updated support environment. This feature is awaiting full commercial release.
