Dialog nodes

• Allowing extraction of data from large payload from the API nodes of the platform.
• Entity setter is providing new date formats (YYYY-MM-DD + DD-MM-YYYY)

Improvements

• Dialogs could not be exported and created in the marketplace. This froze the creation of new dialogs and updates of existing dialogs.
• In the Turn Editor, the Answer format allows choosing between 3 types:
  • Standard text
  • Concise summary text
  • Bullet point summary

• Extract the WhatsApp phone number from Engage so the WhatsApp number can be used in the dialog entity {{system.whatsappnumber}}.

Smart Aigent

• New settings available:
• Creativity level: 4 levels to give more or less freedom to the AI to respond to a question. More freedom = creative and diverse. The formulation will feel more natural and reformulates the content. Least freedom = accurate and factual. The exact content of the customer context will be extracted and used in the response.
• Answer format: Allows you to define different settings types (standard, concise summary, or summary with bullet points). The format is good to change based on the audience or the channel used.
• Smart Aigent sources: In the Smart Aigent answer, a new entity {{smart_aigent_sources}} can be added to give the end-user the full articles used to formulate the answer.

Smart Aigent messaging Hub

• Page with the details of the Question and Answer of the Smart Aigent.
• Regroup all the information to review the validity of the AI responses.
• Pop-up with extra details.

Marketplace

• Fixed the export/import of dialogs in the marketplace (new dialogs can be created).
• New dialogs (opening hours and public holidays dialogs) have been published.

WhatsApp

• New entity to extract the phone number from a WhatsApp conversation.

API endpoint to extract CSV from analytics

• For Unive, a way has been created to use the API to extract CSV files from the analytics data. (documentation available on demand)

Platform (upgrade and maintenance)

• Upgrade Angular from 16 to 18.
• Links to the help center changed to the new aigent.spotler.help environment.
• Turn Editor has a direct redirection link to the rules settings.
• Remove fullcap text in the analytics.

Security and Pentest

• Check alerts on many invalid requests.
• Review of internal security scan document.
• Plan how to remediate to solve the potential risks.
• Remove Cloud Run Function.
• Freeze/unfreeze the staging environment prior to and after pentest.

Widget

• New option to create a speech bubble outside of the launcher. Customize the text with a message to invite the user to talk with the chatbot.
• Setting to regroup sequencing chatbot messages under one avatar.

Smart Aigent

• Creativity level and answer format information available in analytics and logs.

Data Retention

• It is now specified that the retention is set in months. 
• For more information about this new feature, refer to the Data Retention article.
• Please note: this feature has not yet been released for every user.

Message notification

• Update of the email notification providing more information and description to the graphs. (Includes new links to the new support environment). Feature still under toggle - waiting for commercial release.

Security and Pentest

• JWT algorithm change (users will be forced to log in again to access the platform).
