The Analyze > Messages page is a tool to help you analyze the performance of your chatbot. On the page there are four sections as listed below. These sections do not simply show an overview of these messages, but they also put these messages in clusters. This can help you find new intents for your chatbot!

Not handled messages
The Not Handled section gives you an overview of messages that the chatbot did not react upon, as the bot was not configured to interact at this stage of the conversation.
Handled messages
At the Handled section, an overview of the messages for each recognized intent is shown. The page also gives you information on the amount of messages that went through the intent, and how many of the conversations have been completed. This information can be used to see how your chatbot is performing, and where improvements can be made.
Not answered messages
Not answered messages are not recognized by the bot, as the bot did not understand those messages. Those messages should be reviewed and the bot should be trained to understand those new intents. Detailed analysis is possible in Analyze Messages.
Handed over messages
Messages that are handed over show all the conversations being taken over by an agent.
