New!
We continue to work hard on rebranding our products to fit completely with our new Spotler house style. You may have already seen it: Spotler AIgent has a new logo, matching the new name: Spotler Aigent. Over the coming months, you'll see more colours and fonts change. Of course, nothing will change in terms of functionality and quality!
Coming up!
- Shorter loading times in Aigent analytics
- More customisation options in Aigent
New!
There are all kinds of new developments for Aigent as well. It is now possible to apply filters in the conversation view, making it easier to find and compare information. Synchronising URLs has also become easier. Instead of one by one, you can now synchronise URLs in bulk. This saves a lot of time and also makes Aigent work faster!
Moreover, in addition to the tone of voice, it is now possible to define the number of sources Aigent uses. Do you want the probability of Aigent giving the answer to be as high as possible? Or do you want the probability of mixed information to be as low as possible? Decide for yourself what works best for you.
Coming up!
- Interactive graphs in Aigent analytics
New!
Spotler Aigent's analytics have been expanded and improved. You can now see a distinction between sessions and conversations. A session is when a user opens the bot, and a conversation is a session where there is actual interaction with the customer.
The look and feel of the graphs has also been changed; they are now interactive. Want to know more about reporting? Then read the article: Analyze overview.
New!
The export button in the Analyze module is back, and also includes new options to select for the export. It is now possible to export the 'sessions / conversations' graph to CSV. This graph shows the number of sessions and conversations over time that the chatbot has handled. Read more on this module here: Analyze overview (conversation statistics).
Bugfixes

New!
Within Aigent, a lot has been done in the area of digital accessibility to ensure that more content is picked up by screen readers. You can also make adjustments yourself to ensure that your widget complies with WCAG.
If you use custom CSS for the design of the widget, some changes might be required. You can tell this by the colors changing to the default colors. Check the template CSS file in this Help Center article.
New Filtering Options!
It is now possible to filter various dialogs in the marketplace. You can filter by channels, languages, and themes, allowing you to find and use your desired dialog more quickly.
