How can I change the HTML format of the chatbot's answer?

This article explains how to set the Smart AIgent answer to HTML formatting. When using Smart AIgent to provide answers from uploaded articles, you may notice that the answer is given in one long paragraph. With the new option available, Smart AIgent can provide answers in multiple paragraphs, making the answer easier to read and more visually appealing.

How to enable this feature

In the flow where the chatbot is answering, click on the bot turn: 'reply' {{system.smart_aigent_reply}}. When you click on this, a new menu will appear on the right side of your screen.

Step 1: Enable advanced options

In the 'Replies' section, you will see an option called 'enable advanced options'. Click on this option (the text will change to 'disable advanced options') and click Save.

Step 2: Deploy the chatbot

After saving, you need to deploy the chatbot to make the change go live. Once deployed, Smart AIgent will attempt to formulate the answers in HTML format, ensuring they are more readable and properly formatted.
