On this page, you have an overview of the active and inactive users of your environment. The user management page is only available for the administrator.
In both sections (Active / Inactive), the list of users is displayed by roles.

On this page you have the following options:
Invite user
Inviting a new user to the environment is simple—simply add the email address of this user and select a role!
Each role's description is highlighted after selecting the role. Always check that the proper role is assigned to the user!
Pending user
When a user is being invited for the first time in the OBI Bots software, the Pending Activation tag will be visible.
An email is sent to this user to set a password. A new invitation for the Pending user can be resent (one per minute), and it is possible to delete the user. This will automatically deactivate the invitation link, and the user will not be able to set a password.
Please note
It is not possible to change the role of a Pending user!
Each user is assigned a role. If you want to change the role, this can be done via the edit button assigned to the user's line, once the user is fully activated.
When clicking on edit for the role, a pop-up will appear to change the role.
Deactivate user
Deactivating a user is possible from the Active list. Click on the deactivate button. A pop-up will appear to confirm the deactivation. After deactivation, the user will be listed in the inactive list.

Administrator
You are an administrator: full edit rights across all the application + manage users. The administrator is the main role within the application.
As an administrator, you can experience all the features of Spotler AIgent and you are also responsible for user management.
The bot environment always has an active administrator. Therefore, if you are the only user, by default, you have the role of administrator!
The administrator can:
- Create the dialogs
- Write the knowledge-base articles
- Update the list of intents and entities
- Set the different actions in the dialog
- Train and deploy the dialog
- Integrate third parties
- Set the chatbot
- Design the widget
- Deploy the widget
- Restore previous version of the bot
- Analyse the statistics
- Review the messages and conversations
As an administrator, you are the only role with access to the Admin section in the panel. From there, you can manage the company settings and the user list.
Editor
You are an editor: can integrate, build, train, and deploy the dialogs. As an editor, you can review and manage the performance of the chatbot.

The editor is responsible for:
- Create the dialogs
- Write the knowledge-base articles
- Update the list of intents and entities
- Set the different actions in the dialog
- Train and deploy the dialog
- Integrate third parties
- Set the chatbot
- Design the widget

Analyst
As an analyst, you can analyze conversations, review and manage the performance of the chatbot.
The analyst is essential to understand and get a grasp of your statistics, reviewing the messages and conversations.
As an analyst, you can also add new utterances to intents from the messages and conversations pages!
Designer
As a designer, you can edit the widget settings. You can also review and manage the performance of the chatbot.

The designer's focus is to prepare and customize the design of the widget before it is implemented on the website. The designer can deploy the widget to release the latest changes and keep the chatbot up to date.
