Integrations

Spotler AIgent offers several integrations which you can find under Integrations. With these integrations, it is possible to handover conversations to different live chat suppliers, or integrate your chatbot with social channels.

Integration restrictions

It is possible to have multiple chatbots within your Bots environment. However, integrations work on a tenant level. This means that only 1 bot can be used per integration. Therefore, if you want to use different bots with the same integration. It is best to create new project, with single purpose bots.

Please note

You can only use one bot in the same project. 

Example

You want to create 3 bots that want to talk to the same whatsapp for business account. For this you need to setup the Spotler Engage Messaging Channels integration.

There are two options to realize this with Spotler AIgent:

  1. Create 3 different project, each containing 1 bot but with similar integration settings for Engage Messaging Channels
  2. See if the three bots can be handled in one bot. This means all the dialogs must be built in a single bot.
