Smart AIgent

The Smart AIgent is a chatbot feature which will automatically formulate an answer to your customer's questions based on the URLs content listed on the Smart AIgent page. You can filter your URLs by date of last sync, status and labels.

Add the URLs of your website, your FAQ pages or others on this page to provide meaningful answers to your customers.

Add links

Add an URL by clicking on Add links. You can add multiple links at the same time.

Paste the URLs in the text field. Below this field, you can add labels to the link(s). You can either create a new label or select an existing label by typing the first letter of that label. Next, mark the check box which asks you to agree with the condition and click on Save

Note: you can also add labels at a later time by selecting a (or multiple) URLs and clicking on the Label symbol on the right. A new screen will open where you can create a new label or select an existing label. Then, click on Save

You can now select a label from the drop-down menu in the Smart AIgent answer:

The Smart AIgent will only use articles that are attached to this label to generate answers. This way, you can create a flow by asking the customer which subject their question is about for example. Sometimes the answers of different articles are so similar that it can create noise. By using labels, you make sure that articles are separated per subject.

Make sure that URLs are synced, otherwise the chat bot will not be able to use the information in these URLs.

Synchronize URLs

When you have added URLs, the status is automatically set to Pending. This means that the chat bot can't use these URLs to answer questions yet, because the URLs need to be synced first.

To do so, click on Sync all and then you should be seeing  a Completed status next to the URLs:

If you want to see which information has been uploaded to the chat bot, you can click on Preview (the eye symbol on the right side of the URL). The text shown can be used by the chat bot to generate answers.

You can ask your chat bot questions about subjects discussed in the added URLs to test the chat bot. In the example above where www.obi4wan.com is used as the URL, you can ask: Do you truly know what is going on when it comes to your brand and reputation?
